Precautions for operation of wizard brand cemented carbide rotary file:
◆ replace the blunt rotary file in time. The cutting efficiency of the blunt rotary file is very low, so the pressure of the mill has to be increased to improve the speed. In this way, it is bound to cause damage to the rotary file and the mill at the same time, and the loss of consumption is far greater than the cost of replacing the rotary file.
◆ please choose the highest speed as far as possible in the range of cutting speed and speed we recommend, and avoid the speed lower than 3000 rpm; Low speed will reduce chip removal performance and produce tremor, resulting in reduced service life of rotary file and poor finish of machined surface;
◆ please choose larger head diameter and handle diameter as needed to improve efficiency;
◆ please select a suitable mill with stable performance, and often check whether the collet is excessively worn;
◆ rotate the grinder idly before use to check the state of the mill and the concentricity of the rotary file. Eccentricity and vibration will cause premature wear of the rotary file and damage to the workpiece;
◆ check whether the rotary file is tightly clamped with the grinding chuck before use, otherwise the handle of the rotary file may slip during use. In addition to affecting the grinding effect, the handle slip will also cause the knife handle to be impacted by continuous transverse shear force, and the local temperature will rise sharply, which may cause the handle to be injured or even broken;
◆ please avoid clamping the rotary file too shallow. Generally, the depth of the clamping handle should be at least 2 / 3 of the handle length, and the exposure of the handle rod should be at most 10mm (except for the extended handle), so as to ensure the safety of use;
◆ when using the rotary file with extended handle, the rotating speed should be properly reduced. For safety, the mill should be started after the rotary file extends into and contacts the workpiece. When the mill is started, please keep the rotary file in contact with the workpiece until the mill is closed;
◆ please move the processing from right to left during use to avoid horizontal reciprocating during processing, otherwise it may lead to edge collapse and premature wear;
◆ avoid adding too much pressure when the speed of the mill is reduced, which will overheat and blunt the rotary file;
◆ make the rotary file contact the workpiece as much as possible, so that more cutting edges can penetrate into the workpiece and the processing effect can be better;
◆ avoid the part of the tool handle contacting the workpiece, because this will overheat the rotary file and damage or even destroy the welding part;
◆ when it is necessary to keep the same position for continuous processing, or when processing materials with low thermal conductivity such as stainless steel and titanium alloy, the rotating speed should be appropriately reduced to avoid overheating of the tool;
◆ when processing high viscosity materials, lubricating oil or grease should be used to avoid the failure of the rotary file due to the blockage of the chip removal groove of the rotary file
Safety equipment must be provided when using rotary file
